All we have is her husband’s word on this…and that’s pretty shaky hearsay to stand on.
And what about all the doctors and nurses and policemen that have sworn to protect life and uphold the laws that are now not only standing by, they are assisting this state sanctioned murder of an innocent citizen whose only crime is being disabled?
It makes me wonder if there really isn’t a bias against Christians in America. If this was a Muslim do you think they would be doing this around Ramadan? Or at all?

Isn’t suicide or assisted suicide…or in this case homicide…..against the Catholic Church’s rules? So the state is now endorsing violating someone’s right to religious freedoms. At this point it looks like not only is marrying badly a capitol offense…but so is being a Christian.
According to the Judge though…...she wasn’t that much of a catholic because she didn’t attend mass often enough.
I wonder if he has a mass-o-meter in his desk.
We cannot execute a criminal that has diminished mental capacity…but it’s okay to kill someone because they are getting in the way of your new life.

And then there is just common sense. If the husband was so loving would he allow his attorney to refer to his wife as a houseplant?

Chattel property is alive and well in America…..well, until she starves to death that is. Here we have a woman whose religious rights and very right to life are being violated on the say so of her less than doting husband. A husband that has been cheating on her for years……….
Oh yeah. I have heard the line ”Well you didn’t expect him to stay single forever did you?
Yes …I did. And so did Terri when she married him. I expect him to wait and stay by his wife’s side, and if he doesn’t want to, then I expect him to give her a divorce so her parents can take care of her.
I have heard all the excuses that he wanted to have a life and a family.
Well…guess what? So did Terri. But she didn’t get that chance.
And no one can really explain why……..
And now her life is being snuffed out on the hearsay of a husband that was by many accounts abusive.
Hearsay you say?
Well, is this hearsay from her friends and family any less valid than Michael’s hearsay that she said she didn’t want to live this way? Don’t you think her parents would know her better than her husband?
As usual both the Democrats and the ACLU are on the wrong side. Let’s never forget that the ACLU is always, just like the Democrats, defending the wrong parties. Not the victims, but the murderers in our society.
But this isn’t a political issue. It’s a human rights issue.
Forget China…just tell your kids to eat their dinners because there is a woman starving to death in Florida……..
