Judge Greer Recuse Yourself!!!!

For everyone that thinks that what is going on is all above board read on…….

The lead attorney George Felos was formerly a member of the Board of directors of the hospice where Terri now lives, a hospice where she should not have been allowed to enter because she is not terminally ill. He is in favor of euthanasia. Most of the members of Michael Schiavo’s legal team [ do you really need to pay a legal team instead of getting your wife proper care?] made campaign donations to the last election campaign of Judge Greer, who allegedly raised a record amount of money to conduct his campaign. Many of the other players in the drama also donated to Judge Greer’s campaign.
Oh my god! What in the hell is going on in Florida? So conflict on top of conflict…..and here in America on Good Friday we are starving a woman to death all on the hearsay from a man that has been accused of being violent and “mean”….and who has everything to gain from Terri’s death. You want to talk about violations of the law? Michael didn’t file the proper reports that a guardian must file yearly with Judge Greer…. And then there’s this………..
Florida Statutes

741.211 Common-law marriages void.--No common-law marriage entered into after January 1, 1968, shall be valid, except that nothing contained in this section shall affect any marriage which, though otherwise defective, was entered into by the party asserting such marriage in good faith and in substantial compliance with this chapter.

798.01 Living in open adultery.--Whoever lives in an open state of adultery shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. Where either of the parties living in an open state of adultery is married, both parties so living shall be deemed to be guilty of the offense provided for in this section.


Wouldn’t violation of state laws as well as failing in the duties of a court appointed guardian disqualify you to be a guardian ?
But I guess these are laws that Judge Greer doesn’t have to pay attention to, right?
Mr. Schindler really said it all when he called this judicial tyranny. That’s an understatement.
Governor Bush….euthanasia, especially by starvation, is illegal in this country. Stop this travesty right now.
Didn’t Florida Protective Services already fail Terry enough?

Will the players determined to kill Terri Schiavo: those who condoned this deed by commission or omission, those whose political careers came first, a "husband" living with another woman and their two children (whom Judge Greer deemed an appropriate guardian for Terri Schiavo), and this "husband"s "right-to-die" lawyer who has made bizarre, too-strange to-believe statements...sorry for the run-on sentence!

Will the main culprits be called to answer under oath in an honest investigation? This does matter because, if not, euthanasia has been judically justified in the United States.

Let's have justice for Terri! This might include the impeachment of Judge Greer for his criminal intents caused by his rulings in regards to Terri, and bring Michael Schiavo into civil court on charges for the wrongful death of Terri.

I wonder if the Judges involved in this have discovered yet that they have been listening to a nut....Felos...who channels people's thoughts?
If he can decide that Terri should die....how many of US does it take to decide that Felos should be locked up in a padded room to protect the innocent citizens? Who is he going to pass the death sentence on next?
Gee...if only that Scott Peterson had been a little more crafty....so many things can go wrong in a pregnancy.

It seems George Felos misled the public about the autopsy request coming from Mr Schiavo. The autopsy, GOD forbid, will be done because the Medical examiner is saying it will.
- It is not up to Michael Schiavo to decide whether his wife, Terri, should undergo an autopsy after death. ``He doesn't have any choice in the matter,'' said Bill Pellan, director of investigations for the Pinellas-Pasco Medical Examiner's Office.

It is illegal now but the minute Terri does it may be the new rule of law. This is exactly what the "right to die & right to suicide" "right to murder" movement has been wishing for. Make it a Catholic and it is a double slam dunk for the seculars. Man is GOD and he is in charge of his own destiny. There is no purpose to life except to please yourself for the moment. This whole case against Terri was very well planned out by the seculars. N.O.W., Separation of Church and State Groups and Planned Parenthood have everything to gain from this court ordered death. It justifies, by law, that there is no purpose to life. If you don't feel good about your life, you can end it, and your spouses. Be careful what you wish for in those "living wills" written or spoken. You could be the next Terri.
