King County Strikes Again…………..
If there was any doubt that this State is part of the new culture of death….doubt no more.
On KIRO T.V. news tonight at 6 o’clock they are exposing what the King County ME’s office has been up to.
Or should I say what they have been stooping to.
If you had any doubt after the way Terri Schiavo was treated by government officials that people who are not perfect don’t count in our society anymore. Here is more proof. In King County, Washington the ME‘s office has been harvesting the brains of deceased mentally ill people and selling them to a private research facility in Maryland
Yes….you read that right. Selling.
And all without the consent of the families…...

Josef...thank you for the heads up. You definitely did a much more comprehensive job on the story than I did.....I am still shocked by all that has happened in the last couple of weeks. That story just seemed to be the icing on the cake didn't it?
It's not just a culture of death anymore....it's big business just like planned parenthood. Money....just follow the money. Isn't it interesting how big oil companies are BAD when they make money....but it's OKAY somehow to SELL brains?

They not only have a price list they had a quota! 50 brains a month. Interesting isn't it that they chose King County for that many mentally ill patient's brains per month.There is a very tastelss joke in there somewhere that I am not going to touch because of the sad subject matter....but it's oh, so tempting.

Kudos to KIRO TV for finding the shameful actions of the K. C. M. E. If King County is doing this, how many other counties in Washington are participating in this creative grant program aka revenue stream. I think most people are for medical research if the medical professionals are up front and honest. This is yet another nightmare for KC Executive Ron Sims to try to explain away as an honest mistake. King County should give the money they charged for the “tissue” to the deceased’s next of kin. I wonder if the Maryland Research Company has a price list, they distribute to ME’s nation wide. Maybe it is limited to highly liberal counties only. Maybe the Maryland Research company is trying to find a link with liberalism and populated counties. Hmmmm, I wonder who these people are in Maryland.

I agree CG especially after this election; I look at everything coming from any elected official or any agency in King County very close.
You know what is bad , we most likely have a lot of hard working and honest employees in the county , but the few have tainted the whole system ( at least I hope it is a few)

I think that the only group that should be blamed for this ,at this point especially,is the ME's office.But then you do have to wonder about the rest of King County government, like Ron Sims,what did they know and when did they know it?Because someone else had to know........

I find this disgusting and irresponsible, to have any one sell the remains of any human. If I choose to donate organs after my death that should be my decision but to have the ME sell body parts for cash without the permission or knowledge of the individual or loved ones is right out of a horror movie.
I have read that people are also blaming or lumping Harborview in with the ME, and I am not real quick to jump on that band wagon. My Father while visiting several years ago had a massive heart attack and I dealt with the doctors and nurses on a daily basis for several weeks and I cannot remember any of them being anything other than caring and professional, but they may have changed.
