And every other Judge is not reviewing this case because, just as with doctors, there is really no such thing as a second opinion unless you are very, very lucky. Once a judge makes a ruling, getting one of his cronies to over rule him is about as easy as turning Michael Schiavo into a decent person. It just isn’t going to happen.
Judge Greer has already proven that his judgment, when it comes to deciding who is a dangerous abusive man……...is terminally flawed.

Let’s look at the new precedence’s being set here……….
Hearsay is now accepted as absolute evidence in every court hearing. Especially Capitol cases. It doesn’t matter if there is any testimony to back it up or not.
Even without a living will or any other legally binding and legally witnessed document a person can be subjected to almost anything while they are incapable of speaking for themselves just because someone else says so.
If you are disabled and not considered to be as smart as other people [and remember these are liberals saying this……I know how I feel about their intelligence...or lack of it] you can be starved to death because knee jerk, accent on jerk, liberals all state that they wouldn’t want to live that way. And as we all know…they always speak for everyone.
This last new precedent is only not an option when you are famous and rich [see Superman] or considered amusing or beneficial to the left [see Larry Flint.]
Can you imagine what these same people would have done with Helen Keller today?

Commentators on the news and radio have asked the question over and over “Why the rush? Why can’t we wait and do a real investigation?”
Because if we did, Judge Greer and all his cronies might be proved wrong……..
