Deep Thoughts By Jack Nick Handy…………..

UPDATE........

Laws?
We don’t need to follow no stinkin’ laws..
The “cheerleader” for the state auditors was just ripped apart by the Republican’s attorney Dale Foreman.
At last……
Nick ‘I’m a Partisan’ Handy’s own email just busted him.
I must admit that I really enjoyed watching this smug little worm squirm when Dale Foreman reminded him that he was under oath.......
Stay tuned for more classic moments like this.....
And be sure to check this out courtesy of reader "Scott in Carnation" on Sound Politics....very interesting. It seems Mr. Handy is a professional trough feeder bureaucrat public servant.
WOW.......

And The Saga Continues…………..

As Bloggers and citizens alike attempt to read the tea leaves over the out come of the election contest, what consistently jumps out at me is the sad fact that government employees do not think they have to be accurate, or fiscally responsible while carrying out their duties.
And I use the word duties very, very loosely.
One after another has been on the witness stand making the statement that unfortunately these things happen, when referring to their own incompetence and laziness. Why these people are not held to higher standards…say the same ones that a checker at a grocery store is…is beyond comprehension.
We now have Nick Handy on the stand explaining what happened in the war room.
War room?
Oh, come on…….trying to imagine him or Sam “Spineless Sam” Reed in any kind of war room is such an amusing mental picture that at least we can all have a few laughs during this tedious part of new Washington state history.

But as we watch one CYA moment after another coming from our trough feeders state employees…it makes me wonder.
Why is this okay?
When Sam Reed signed the certification papers he said “I am just so sick of this election…”
What he really should be sick of is the incompetence coming from state employees that end up costing us all a lot of money and Dino Rossi the election.
But it’s not just incompetence, and don’t let them fool you for a moment.
Nick Handy stated that he sent an email entitled “Adventures in recounting” and doesn’t this just sum up the attitude coming from Sam Reed and other state employees all along?
It’s all a joke. It’s not serious.
But it is.......
And you know, judging from past history, it isn’t serious for state and county employees. They can screw up right and left and there is no price to pay…for them.
Maybe it’s time that there was…..I’ll bet their job skills would improve immensely.
After all……this isn’t brain surgery and if I hear one more excuse about how many people voted, how big a job this was…I will be sick.
There are much bigger and more important jobs that are done every day by competent and hard working people. And not only are the jobs done accurately, but excuses from them if they were not, would not be acceptable.
So as you watch this election contest take place ask yourself this question.....'If I inserted my doctor’s or even my mechanic’s name in place of any of these public servants….would this level of incompetence and excuse making still be okay with me?'
I think most of you will answer no.
And for those of you who don’t….well, I guess you are probably the people that couldn’t figure out how to fill out your ballot correctly either………….

Billy Huennekens and the Three ring circus binder………

Superintendant of Elections Bill Huennekens purses his lips and gives a little so there! swish every time he answers a question….after of course looking at Paul Berendt to make sure he got the cue right. For the Superintendent of Elections he sure doesn’t know very much about his job……….but it’s all in the famous big binder....so I guess we don't need to worry, right?
Wrong.
This is like watching snails fight.
But this is pretty typical when it comes to just about anything the Democratic party in this state does. Drag your feet, and bore people into submission.
I would almost feel sorry for Huennekens….not only does the guy look like the victim of a frat house hazing gone bad.but that little head toss he does every time he is lying, is just sad, and very, very telling. But then I remember talking to him on the phone not long after the election was stolen finished…and he is one unpleasant little public servant in reality. And don’t let him fool you for a moment…he is not some helpless weenie.
He just plays one in court………
After watching the testimony today I really need to wake up so I think I’ll go watch paint dry for awhile……..

Playing The “Hapless Fool” Card………….

This is basically what the Democrat’s whole case revolves around.
People make mistakes, people aren’t perfect……basically sh*t happens.
Oh, brother.
This is supposed to make us all feel better? So we are all just supposed to go home and say “Oh well, those nice but incredibly inept and overpaid people at the King County elections department just made several hundred/thousand mistakes………
Wrong.
Anyone at this point that doesn’t think fraud occurred…organized and planned fraud … is hopelessly naïve.
Or hopelessly dishonest……..
That’s where I am putting my vote. I don’t think for a minute that any of this was an accident. I personally think that not only is this fraud but it is an organized attempt…that so far has succeeded….to steal an election.
We are the laughing stock of the Nation right now for good reason………let’s hope it doesn’t stay that way.
I just hope that Judge Bridges makes the right decision……..
At this point no one knows who won the gubernatorial election….no one......and I think we should.
I think it was Dino Rossi….. and about 57% of Washington residents feel the same way.
Let’s have a new election where all the checks and balances are in place…I don’t think that is too much for taxpayers to ask for……do you?

Newsweek Lied….People Died

In yet another repulsive move by the MSM, Newsweek magazine put out a story claiming that according to a source within our government [see mythological creature here] a Koran had been flushed down a toilet to encourage prisoners in Guantanamo Bay to talk.
And because they lied….people rioted in Afghanistan and many of them died.
Responsibility, anyone?
Yet according to a local very left of center Blog, anyone that doesn’t read our nation’s newspapers and news magazines constantly is a moron. I believe he was specifically referring to President Bush.
Of course……..
Could people be any more predictable if they tried?
This is yet another case of the self-loathing-American-news rag striking again……….
Normally it’s just boring, but now it has become hazardous.
Because unlike most Americans, who I believe are smart enough to not pay too much attention to the news rags…sadly that is not the case in third world countries.
Well, at least Newsweek has some readers……..

We need some accountability here. While the far left screams about imaginary slights [see Newsweek, moveon.commie] real slights by Newsweek have now cost real lives........
So where is the righteous indignation?
Yup…I can’t find it either…
And granted in that part of the world it doesn’t take much for people to riot, or to think ill of America…but since we all know that, shouldn’t Newsweek have shown a little more restraint in the first place? Maybe even have a reliable source and then have a second source to check out the story [operative word] to see if it was…oh, I don’t know…actually true?
Didn’t that used to be regular journalistic practice?
I guess they didn’t learn much from Dan Rather after all ………
In their haste to hang us all, they instead doomed people they have never met.

Stop The ACLU…………

Although I know that I don’t need to point out to anyone that lives in Washington State that the last thing we need are more felon voters…. but I will anyway, just as a reminder.
The ACLU is pushing to allow more felons to vote…in more States.
We know what happened here and, frankly, I don’t think that any felons should be voting. Why should we allow people that have no respect for the laws in this country to be able to vote for the lawmakers?
We shouldn’t.
And this is just one of the many crazy ideas that the ACLU would love to shackle us all with.
Here is a great site for all of you that are concerned about the ACLU’s growing power and nuttiness…….

Begging For Bloggers……….

Sometimes it’s hard to keep a straight face while writing about our little liberal friends….especially while keeping tongue firmly planted in cheek.
Their latest, and most amusing, tactic is to demand that all “progressive” and liberal Bloggers come together in a grass roots movement. Obviously someone needs a dictionary when it comes to the term grass roots movement.
They are laboring under the delusion that people aren’t reading their sites because they don’t know about them…not because they are boring as hell.
I mean…just how many ways can you say we hate Bush/Republicans and still be even mildly entertaining…..much less a worthy read?
Not many.
Especially since they seem to be forgetting …if they ever knew it to begin with…that about half the country are the bogeymen evil neo-cons they are always raging/whining about.
They claim to want balance, but what they really want is control.

I’m not too worried that they will ever get the chance to re-educate [think Red China] those of us they consider flawed because of our beliefs, and party affiliation. All you have to do is look at their techniques and you’ll realize they are a cross between the MSM and the National Enquirer. Splashy headlines using racial slurs lost me completely……as well as their fixation with tearing down Sound Politics because as every little socialist knows if you can’t beat them, you lie about them.
But I really hope they keep up the good work…..the very same good work the DNC did in getting John Kerry elected as President.
Oh, that’s right, that didn’t work either did it?
But I am doing my part for them and their grass roots movement so they don’t have to break a sweat self aggrandizing their Blogs.
Too bad they forgot what happens to grass….it gets mowed down……..

The “F” Word……….

It’s time for all of us to start using the “F” word when talking about our not-so- recent selection election.
Now some bloggers have been using an “F” word for months….just not the one I am thinking of. In fact a couple of them are rather famous for using it about every other word. You know who you are.
The F word I am thinking of is fraud.
Because that’s what all of this is……… Fraud.
And why is it that it is perfectly acceptable here in Washington to accept fraud as normal and unavoidable?
Is it alright to have an election that is rife with fraud and poisoned with half truths from half wits, as long as your candidate wins?
Is that what all of you that think our election was a model for the Country are trying to tell us?
The end justifies the means?
Because it doesn’t……….ever.

Honest people never want to gain or win anything by dishonest means. Never.
And, though I may be beating a dead horse here, what in the heck does your party of choice have to do with how an election should be run anyway? Isn’t everyone supposed to be elected in exactly the same manner? Isn’t that called equity? And isn’t that an important part of our society and Judicial system?
And, please, you loons, save the baloney about how biased people are that noticed that Judge Greer has an earring. I completely agree with the idea that it is not okay for a Superior Court Judge to be wearing an earring.
It’s called propriety.
He has to wear a robe for the same reason and it worries me that he thinks that he can personally rewrite the general dress code for Judges. Isn’t this one of the biggest problems with Judges anyway? An overblown idea of their personal power and importance……that seem to color their every decision.

Let’s not forget our Supreme Court Justice that thought it was her right to drive drunk….and she is still on the bench.

I will say it again….with very few exceptions, Judges are nothing more than a politician and a lawyer rolled up in a robe. Period.
They are not infallible, they are not God…..and sadly it seems here in Washington most of the time they aren’t even close to being right.
How about that latest, and craziest, decision that someone can’t be charged with murder unless the State can prove that they really intended to kill. So now the entire State has evolved into Clinton-land where the only thing that matters is what you felt or meant….not the outcome.
You just can’t get any more ridiculous than that……..
So the next time you get lectured by someone ,or read it in the paper, or hear it on the "talk radios" that the Republicans that are challenging this crazy election are partisans on a fool’s errand…..stand up for yourself and what is right and tell the dishonest or confused person/people what you really think.
Kipling called it “Twisting the truth to make a trap for fools”…….
And if it works that way this whole State has become a giant roach motel….
Liberals check in and [alas] they don’t check out……….

And He’s Outta Here…………..

It may be premature to say it, but I doubt it.
It looks as if there will be a no confidence vote against Dean Logan, at last.
King county councilman Reagan Dunn has called for a vote of no confidence in Dean Logan.
Won’t it be interesting to see who will vote against the no confidence? Sometimes what you vote against says a lot more about you than what you vote for………
And, even though this is a good first step, we all have to remember that Dean is just one of the Rat Pack in King County. And it looks as if he will now be the fall guy.
Let’s just not forget about the much more powerful people that in all likelihood put Dean up to quite a few of his shenanigans…….if not all of them.
I think you can all come up with a few names in this department…..so you tell me.
Who else is in this Rat Pack?
