keeping Cheryl and her family and friends in my prayers. i am also forwarding her story to several message boards that i belong to so they can get the word out as well.

I Just had an idea.

What about posting a photo and caption reading "HAVE YOU SEEN THIS GIRL?" on all the online dating sites?

There are THOUSANDS of genuinely good people who look at dating sites that might not otherwise notice a flyer of a missing person...there are so many of them sadly.

It might be just ONE MORE WAY TO REACH PEOPLE about CHERYL Ann.

I'm sending this information out to my email lists and I had posted in my blog. I pray for her safe return home.

We are in Tennessee, but we are still blogging about and praying for her safe return. We have thrown up a few posts about her, hopefully people will look at them. We are praying for her, you, and the family regardless.

millvalleymom.....well, it could have been my misunderstanding about the srpd, as i live in washington state and am doing most of this long distance. and as you can imagine my sister is completely beside herself with worry.however, that being said...you are absolutely right. the sheriff's department does a great job. a lady in san rafael contacted my sister this morning and she is printing up flyers now.that would be great if you could have your babysitter take a look at cheryl's picture.i will find out when the flyers will be ready and then contact your email.

Height and approximate weight would also be helpful. Can't tell if she's 5' or 5'10".

Also if anyone see's her out and about- she's not likely to look much like her senior photo- so perhaps show a more day-to-day snap shot.

I think the blogger community will soon be clammoring for some more details if the search is going to be at all productive. The "hive mind" is going to swarm on this in large part due to Reynolds' link, and these questions will be asked anyway so its best to be open and get it out of the way.

FIRST: "Missing" as in disappeared without any reason? Or missing as in "ran away again," but didn't come back? I ask this because your post says she's been missing since June, and its not reported in any news media I've been able to locate. And with the girl in Aruba, I would think the press would be all over this. That suggests to me that both she's gone away before, and that she was expected back. An important subpart to this: When was her being missing reported to the police?

SECOND: Any alt. lifestyle issues that might focus the search? Drugs? Clubs? Boyfriends? What sports does she like? WHat kind of resturaunts? If you're really interested in this being a "blogger" search, these same questions will be asked at least rhetorically.
