The appointment of the justice is very important, but will Bush cave to political pressure. It seems that of late the executive branch has chosen to bow to the democrat’s pressure when it comes to appointment of judges only time will tell if they will do the same when it comes to the Supreme Court appointments.
I think that Bloomberg points out the extreme’s on both sides and both are valid , what bothers me the nominees in the past have not been extreme but still have been held up because they have conservative roots.
We need Justices that are not going to make law as we have seen lately but justices that uphold the law and if President Bush cannot appointment someone to do this all of his political capitol is wasted in my opinion.
