UPDATE...............clemency DENIED!!!!!!
I sincerely hope that this will be the last Sunday that Stan “tookie” Williams spends on this planet. He lost the perk of being one of the “fortunate breathers of the air” when he tookie[-d] other peoples lives………
He has spent many, many more years alive than his innocent victims….and you know, that’s just not fair. Sure, we all know the old saying that life isn’t fair. But now we can also see that death isn’t so fair either. Here is this piece of trash posing as a human being, breathing everyday, when his victims are dead and their families continue to suffer.
And the mere fact that Governor Schwarzenegger is even appearing to consider giving him clemency is giving me pause……….
Next month the lawmakers in the state of California are going to consider a moratorium on the death penalty and that is the reason that old “tookie” is trying so hard to BS his way around the system. Yet again………
So Governor Schwarzenegger, consider this.
If you let “tookie” off…even though a jury of his peers found him guilty and sentenced him to the death penalty….why should anyone bother to follow the law?
Much less even show up for jury duty?
Because the liberal “lawmakers” in this state are very much like spoiled children that keep asking the same rhetorical question over and over until they get the answer they want?
Is that all it takes to keep you from doing what the people of California elected you to do? Because if it is...then maybe, just maybe, we need to elect someone else next year. Someone with a spine...............
I,personally don't want the crips running the State of California...and that's exactly what would be happening if "tookie" gets his way.
So if you are going to go down this path…then why not just cut to the chase?
If tookie doesn’t have to follow the laws of the state of California [and common decency I might add]….why should anyone else?
It does cut both ways.......

I predict they are mourning over at Horsesass. How about we call the death penalty "choice!"
You commit murder, you made a choice. Plain and simple. Really, the Republicans/conservatives need to adopt it's own language like the Radical left. One exception, ours would make sense!!!
Conservative definition of CHOICE-
Choice = Death penalty = punishment for murder.
Liberal/Democrats definition of CHOICE-
Choice = abortion = it's your body = after all it's just tissue ie; a raspberry = parental consent need not apply.

well...i realized at the time that arnold was probably waiting till the last minute to avoid any crazy courts[insert 9th district here] from undercutting him. but they thought tookie was a swine too....LOL.
now ,according to the AP his followers [as in crazy cult] want to give him a statesman's funeral. can you believe it?
