Cloward/Piven strategy calls for overloading the system, and our so-called leaders are certainly doing that now; not only with shot-gun-to-the-face legislation but adding a constant barrage of news, making it impossible to focus on any one thing, and increasing the chance that something pretty significant is going to slip by unnoticed.

Not to mention making it nearly impossible for makers of Teh Funneh to latch on to a story, poke fun at it, then move along.

So here I am, writing again. And because there is just so damn much to go through, I'm having to put it in alphabetical order.

Afghanistan. Remember way back in the day, years and years ago this past year, when Obama said that A-stan was the good war? Remember when he hand-picked Gen. McChrystal to go over there, assess the situation, and tell him what was needed? Remember when McChrystal did that, then Obama ignored him for nearly three months? Remember how McChrystal said he needed 60K troops, 40K at the BAREST minimum as soon as possible, then Obama, after months of ho-humming, decided to trickle him 30K? Remember that? Ahhh, memories...a word of advice, MISTER PRESIDENT: when all your enemies are laughing at you, when your allies are ready to throttle you, and you have MICHAEL MOORE calling you a pussy, then maybe it's time to realize YOU HAVE SCREWED UP. Stop using our troops as political pawns, stop sucking up to the enemy, and start DOING YOUR DAMN JOB, JACKASS. We had a saying back when I was but a wee lad; SHIT OR GET OFF THE POT. If you are sincere about winning this war (has Obama ever actually SAID anything about winning the war? I must have been dozing) then send our troops whatever the hell they ask for, then DOUBLE IT. I've always been a firm believer that there is no such thing as overkill. There is only just-enough-kill, or not-enough-kill. If you aren't serious about winning this thing, then withdraw. You won't look any more like a tool and a coward than you already do, and our soldiers won't have to risk their lives for the sake of your PR.

ClimateGate. Pardon me whilst I clean up all the coffee that just shot out my nose as I laugh. Thousands of e-mails (either hacked or legally obtained, there's arguments for both) stating in plain English that some of THE most prominent "scientists" that have been pushing the AGW agenda INTENTIONALLY faked data when it was discovered that their theory didn't hold water. Said e-mails also describe how these same slugs sought to "redefine" peer review and squash the publication of any and all dissent. Babs Boxer, D-CA, has stated that she is far more interested in investigating the possibility that these mails were hacked, rather that investigating the fact, as per their own words, that these hacks have been perpetuating a fraud that has cost billions and stands to cost hundreds of trillions. Priorities, MA'AM. The Left is scrambling to cover for these douchenozzles, trying to make the story about ANYTHING but the story, insisting that we trust the scientists and trust the data, even though both have been found untrustworthy, and of course, our Fearless Leader has once again flipped and will be going to Copenhagen, in hopes of signing over our sovereignty. And the hits keep coming; ClimateGate appears to include Czar John Holdren and NASA as well. And the left-tards still seem clueless.

HOPERcare. Shoving a vote through at 8pm on a Saturday...there's your transparency; I think it's pretty obvious to everyone what they're doing. One idiot troll on our friend Teach's site actually asked how the new $400 BILLION in cuts to Medicare is going to give less service at a lower quality for seniors. AARP is actually backing this now, which only goes to prove what many have said over the years: AARP does NOT represent senior citizens. It merely takes money from them to push their own agenda, the needs of the elderly be damned. The Left has also backpedaled on mammograms. Earlier this year, we were told OH GOD YOU HAVE TO GET A MAMMOGRAM NOW! THE SOONER THE BETTER!! A few months later, it was Eh, not so much. You can wait 'til you're fifty. As I recall, Obama was a big, big fan of preventative care; he and his comrades used that talking point quite a bit in the early days of HOPERcare. You'd think they'd be nicer to boobs, considering that's what these people are acting like. And of course, NO ONE has been able to successfully explain how adding several MILLION people to an already-bogged medical system with no provisions for more healthcare providers in an economy that can best be described as HOLY CRAP is going to help matters. And aren't we all pleased as punch to know that Mary Landrieu can be bought and sold? At least she's admitted it.

Mad King Chuckie Abandons The Right! Uhhhh...when was he ever Right? Back in the day, he came out against Islamic terrorism...right after 9-11...when EVERYONE was against Islamic terrorism. Anonymous sources also claim that he came out against paper-cuts, but we haven't been able to confirm. And as time progressed, it appears he was more interested in a) getting attention, and b) bashing religion. Our buddy RS McCain has a great article regarding this "shocker." Amusingly enough, it's encouraged other non-Right Right-wingers like Andy Sullivan to leave the Right as well...yes, Andy Sullivan, pot-head and Trig-Truther, has abandoned the Right. You know how a team will have the ONE player that just absolutely sucks and causes problems for the rest of the team, then he leaves (either voluntarily or by force) and the team suddenly improves? Yeah, kinda like that. Andy, Chuckie, not only will you NOT be missed, most of us didn't think you were here to begin with.
