Ahhh I'm gonna catch hell from the Lefties on this one....
Guys, I'm not a whacko. I don't wear tin-foil hats. I don't think reptilian space creatures are masquerading as humans. I don' think there's some mysterious cabal running the planet. I don't think the government's putting radio chips in people's fillings.
This is a simple matter of LAW.
The short form Certification of Live Birth is NOT a birth certificate. Sorry, but it's not. It just proves he was born. Duh. Obviously he was born. But it doesn't say WHERE he was born, not the hospital nor the doctor who performed the deliver, and the stamp says “FILED.” NOT “ACCEPTED.” There IS a difference. “ACCEPTED” means that the COLB is accepted as legitimate and that's the end of it. “FILED” means there was something not quite right, but they're putting it into the file cabinet..
Nor does a newspaper announcement qualify as legally required proof that he was born in Hawaii. Neither of these pathetic attempts to deflect meet the legal requirements for a person to run for our highest office. They are little better than him just saying “Eh, take my word for it.”
Sorry, but that's not how it works. Considering all the hoops Senator McCain had to jump through to prove his citizenship for his bid, whether we trust Mr Obama at his word or not, it is insanely hypocritical not to hold him to the same scrutiny.
Also what must be considered is the number of instances where people, including his wife, his grandmother, and an article by the AP, have stated that he was born in Kenya. Add to that the fact that he's using a fake Social Security number, his Selective Service records are so obviously faked a blind man could see it, and the question of his dual-citizenship status, through both is biological father and his adoptive step-father (dual-citizenship is not allowed for presidential candidates), only the most corrupt and idiotic Attorney General ...oh...wait....
Well, there's always the House and Senate...oh...oooh....umm....

That is exactly how I imagine he would panic. He'd start throwing things (and people, under the bus) and trying to distract people with kitty cats.
Too bad Arpaio doesnt have jurisdiction in D.C.
